Great location, within walking distance of most attractions and close to public transport. the building is clean and colorful with a friendly and helpful staff. the hostel offers a variety of free services and facilities, such as a bar and chill-out areas. the breakfast provided was diverse and satisfying.
The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with visible stains on the mattresses and dust on the duvets. the bathrooms lack privacy, with open ceilings and easily accessible sliding doors.

The hostel had a great atmosphere with a lively nightlife and a convenient restaurant on-site. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and gelato shops. The bathrooms and toilets were clean, and the common area was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the amazing staff, especially Pedro, who made us feel right at home. we highly recommend this hostel!
The bunk beds were a bit unstable, causing some disturbance during the night. some of the facilities, like the light switches and shower fixtures, were a bit run-down.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
My Christmas stay at this hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the hotel lacked any festive decorations or atmosphere, making it feel like an ordinary day instead of a special holiday.

The staff were incredibly friendly and created a warm atmosphere. The decoration throughout the hostel was amazing, absolutely loved it. The planning for parties, drink games, and karaoke made it a great place to meet new people and have a good time. The prices were justified and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch.
The hostel was quite noisy, especially late at night when the bar closed. The bathrooms were not very appealing and it was inconvenient to not have any hooks inside.
